Behaviour and Code of Conduct concerns have a formal process under the Rugby Australia Code of Conduct (June 2025) and WRC Constitution clause 14.
The right pathway is the Complaints Process — it ensures both parties are heard properly and the outcome is documented.

- Write to the President to request an agenda item at the next General Meeting
- A Special General Meeting can be called with sufficient member support — contact the Secretary

What happens when you submit
You submit
Concern or idea — named or anonymous. It lands directly with the right person (President for concerns, committee for ideas).
Committee reviews
Concerns are acknowledged within 48 hours. Ideas are reviewed at the next monthly committee meeting — every single one.
We update the board
Yes or no — with a reason. If your idea is adopted, it goes on the board. If not, we explain why. No black boxes.
Your formal rights as a member: Under the WRC Constitution, you can request agenda items for General Meetings, raise motions, or call for a Special General Meeting with sufficient member support. The club is run by members, for members — the committee is accountable to you.
